Problem with Gx30 and Com camble. - GSM-Forum

got my self a GX30 com Cable this one has a 9v batt conecter on it ..
i have used all the software in the site i could find but it dont work,.
one pice of software says phone discinnected.

but i have a usb cable that shows as com 6 and ot works fine with my phone
whats going on .. ?? i cant un lock it .. ??

HELP!!!!

have tryed the com cable on a vinila 98 ME and XP .. i used a me laptop 1st coz i know com port is ok.. coz i un locked 2 Gx10! phones. !!

The vil ani software will not unlock the gx30. Search the forum for baboom or movilcom software which both work with your cable

i tried tester and got some in fo back off it
Connecting...
Phone Detected...
Settings Diag mode...
Error: W:31 R:0
Failed.

whats up ??
this is from the usb cable coz for some reson the serial cable dont work ??

GX30 has to use serial cable.
USB will not work for unlocking GX30
Is your unlocking software able to select your com port for serial cable?
If so, what happens then?
