"Ram loader not responding to Commands" problem

While trying to upgrade my GX30 to GX30i I was facing problem called "Ram Loader not responding to commands". After couple of tries I found the solution and I would like to share it. Because I hope it will be usefull and maybe help somebody.
So I followed this steps:

-Phone is of with no Simcard in
-Comportcable is conected with Computer and phone, 9Volt Batt is connected to the red and black wires of Comportcable
-open GX30 Flasher and tick "download" baud is 115500
-now tick "programm-choice" and the select the GX30i File from your Folder.
- Filesysem please tick "initialize" the rest BSRAM and DIAG is "None"

And here it is....
when the GX30 Flasher asks you to "Press power button", you have to PRESS THE POWER BUTTON AND HOLD IT PRESSED (like you want to switch the phone on) when you press it and release it, the flash will not start.
