sharp fx ADS1 hard reset? - GSM-Forum

I have a sharp fx ADS1 asking me gmail account and I need to hard reset to remove it ... some colleague can help me?

Remove and reinsert the battery.
While the device is off, hold the Sym button (on the keyboard) and the Power button simultaneously.
The Android boot screen will appear.
Select Wipe data/factory reset by using the volume buttons. To select, use the Return key(on the keyboard).
Scroll down to Yes - delete all user data and press Power key to confirm
When Data wipe complete is displayed, select reboot system now and press Power key to confirm to reboot your handset

I have a Sharp Aquos 3d sh80f and i need to hard reset but I don't know how to ... Someone can help me please ?

I have one sharp ads1 need to hardreset and I work like this but not luck,the phone screen only appear SHARP logo,not come into BOOT Screen.Anyone can help me please.
