Sharp GX10i unlock problem - GSM-Forum

I have a Sharp GX10i phone which had software problems.
I entered Manual Diag mode and i formatted user area.
After that phone became SIM locked.
I tried to unlock with cable solution, phone doesn't unlcok with none of tested soft.
It enters backup mode, but cannot restore.
Any idea how to unlock?
I tried even with GX15 soft, because in diag mode phone says:
GX15 diag version. 2002. 10. 03 v24
I also tried to unlock with SPST for Vodafone Version 1.17
I used function "Default Set"
Everything completes OK, but phone still locked.

Thank You very much, Kuku, but i still have problems.
I had this soft, but doen't connect to my phone.
I have USB cable, and i think that soft works only on COM1. Is that right, or can i change the settings to other COM?
My USB cable converts to COM4.
For trying the soft, i disabled COM1 and COM2 on the motherboard and set the USB cable to convert to COM1.
Soft stil doesn't connect to switched on phone.
SPST connects, but doesn't unlock my phone.
Any ideas?

Thank You, Kuku, i solved the problem, i changed to another powered USB port and worked OK.

Gx10i/Gx10 security code

for all who have problems works 1000%

full factory reset - clears EVERYTHING

Remove SIM

1 Press 0, 3, top right key and Red key together for about 3 secs until a white display is shown.

2 Press 0, 1, 2, 3, top right key, 1, in sequence. The Diagnosis menu should be displayed.

3 Enter 99 and press the top right key. A message should be displayed saying Input Mode No:

4 Enter 1 and press the top right key. The following messages should appear:
· EE_FORMAT START
· EE_FORMAT OK
· EE_INIT(1) START
· EE_INIT(1) OK
· BBSRAM CLEAR END
· FINISHED
· PLEASE ANY KEY
5 Wait until all the above messages are displayed and then press the top right key.
6 Press the M key (very important). Message should display Diag Param Saving.
7 Press the red key to power down the phone

Again many thanks to ''unlockchips.com' from nokiafree.org - thought I was knackered cos charger connector block

after when u insert sim u will see .....invalid sim card
so unlock it with.

com cable needs no stress but usb u have to modify some configurations in device manager
