Hi guys i got a sharp GX15 locked to vodaphone UK imei 351685001364275 need it unlocking then i can use forign sim card b4 i go on holiday.Already had it at a shop for 2 days but they couldnt do it, said phone was too new but some 1 out there gotta know how, can u help please..Mark

www.unlockyoursharp.co.uk can do it I think, they've done a couple of GX30 for me

ok sent them an email they asked for my IMEI number so they can check it..just waiting on a reply now...will let you know how i get on ..cheers

ok they said they could do it for £12.50 which was £2.50 less than my local shop was asking, so I went ahead and paid and Bingo I have now got an unlocked sharp GX15. Only trouble is i cannot access the text on my phone now

Probably need to edit your settings - don't ask me how don't know much about the GX15

when i go to messages and then create message i can only do mms and not sms cos the text (sms) button is no longer available.I have emailed unlockyoursharp and they have asked if I did my mms/gprs settings which i have and its made no difference.If I put the original vodaphone sim back in, all is ok...so i dunno im baffled

when i said i could do mms i didnt mean it worked..i get an error, server connection error Err.info from server: I have checked and re-checked all the settings what unlockyoursharp gave me but still wont work. Have yet again emailed unlockyoursharp with all the datails...just awaiting reply

Ok got reply they reckon that vodaphone have blocked the sms function..so got rid of the phone now..gone for a sony ericsson instead
