Sharp GX20 - Turkish Language? - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I'm new to all this and just looking for a little info as I'm trying to do a friend a favour. I'm looking for some sort of language pack which will load Turkish as a phone language on my old Sharp GX20 (also needs to work for texting too).

From what I've understood from reading the forums this may need to be 'flashed' to my phone. I'm assuming this is done on a pc via USB cable? Could anyone link to a flashing tutorial or recommend a USB cable? (all USB cables I've purchased on ebay have failed to work

).

I know I'm a noob at this so any help for this one off would be much apprieciated

Just waiting on my data cable (serial) arriving in the post and thunderbirds will be go!!

Do you know how easy it will be to set up a GX20 on a Turkish sim card? I've already had it unlocked and once I have Turkish on it I'm sending it over for my friends mum, to replace her very old nokia. Will they find it easy to set it up for MMS etc?
