Sharp GX25&30i Strange GPRS - GSM-Forum

Hello,

I recently bought 2 handsets,Gx30i and Gx25 in Eastern EU.They both unlocked and works fine.Only trouble is that I push the "live" button it says:
"error 400: bad request" The settings are fine.So I went into bookmark and added the local vodafone startpage manually.If I got through the bookmark startpage it's ok and works fine!I checked many times the startup page in settings field same as in the bookmark however doesn't work...I tried to reset
the phone still the same.I think it wants to get through on the "original provider's gateway" if I pushed the "live" button.

Does anyone know how to get rid off that pain?

You have to Unbrand ur Phone to avoid VODAFONE ..

Oh yeah? How would you do that?I have heaps flash files but no flasher for that model yet...Am I wrong?By the way I do belive that Vodafone is Vodafone everywhere,I bought it from Vodafone in EU,and want to use it on Vodafone in Pacific.Should work in own network I suppose.Thanks anyway
