Is it possible to unlock tm150 via USB cable, coz I dont have a serial cable for tm150 as of the moment? Which software will I use? And if not possible, could someone out there give me an skema of a tm150 serial cable with ext supply. I read on other posts that this type is working.

You can use the GX30 serial cable.
