I try unlock Gx 15 and now phone can not power on.
Now I need to flash.

You need to flash your phone and all will be ok.
Flash you can get from here http://www.gx15.com/viewtopic.php?t=1798, more info and flasher you can get from here How to flash Sharp GX15(Vodafone Firmware) [Looking for non-vodafone firmware!].
