A300 flash problem - GSM-Forum

Hi to all.
I have problem with flashing A300.
Every time i'm flashing samsung phones with T100 cable. Work 100% on T100, R-xxx, N-xxx. But with A300 not work.
When 4-5 pins connected , work normal for unlock.
I tryed some schemes , but every time phone gose in charging mode, if 4-5 pins not connected.
Please give me any solutiones or working schem for flashing that phone.

Don’t connect PIN4-5
Power phone using battery.
Don’t use external power.
Phone will go into charging but if will flash.

how abaut pinout for N620 flash? i have datacable for a300.
i must use 74hc14 also?

Tnx for reply, but i had try it - not work. Dos program stay on <sending at to mobile>
Any ather solutiones?

Use T100 cable, that comes with phone, i'm using it work 100%.

Try to find it man. Can you tipe here correct pinout to flash a300, please.

I use samsumg box by Abe with following pinout

+4.2V -1-14-18
TX -2
RX -3
DATA OUT -4
DATA IN -5
GND -8

HI not short 14 and 18 pin use rezistor - 1 - 3 kom work 100%
