a800 datacable problem / software help help help! - GSM-Forum

Hi i have just bought a "SAMSUNG DATA CABLE T100 A300 S100 A800 OFFICIAL" but i am having problems using it! its plugged into com port 1 (i know that the com port works fine as i use it with my myx-2 cable) the cable did not come with any instructions i have try it..

with a sim card turned on
without a sim card turned on

with a sim card turned off
without a sim card turned off

upside down without the battery! everything!

im using the a800 service software and it just says phone not found!

i tryed ust? but you need a dongle? or something i only want to unlock it

also i have try the official software with it that is on the samsung site for the address book message etc it doesnt work with this either!

the cable has and switch on the side on left it says DATA on right D/L? and a plug where you can plug the charger in i think this just charges it

what am i doing wrong? had can i lest the cable works?? i just want to unlock it!

Hi mates,

Maybe you have a soft problem, I use regulary the original T100 cables for unlocking, flashing, uploading ringtones ( For this use easygprs for A800) .

the cable has and switch on the side on left it says DATA on right D/L? and a plug where you can plug the charger in i think this just charges it
this one it is a v200, s300 cable.

well it said a800 cable so have a been ripped off?
