A800 call failed, no back light on both screens
 

Hello,

I've an A800 which display full bar for network. but when I try to make a call it display "call failed". There is an other problem with backlight, in fact there's no back light on internal screen.

This is what I've ever did but no result:

With original T100 cable

1) Kishometo tips, flash bank1, bank 2 and eeprom
2) flash phone with XAVK3 with Wintdn

but no result, and now the external screen has no backlight.

I did it again:

1) Kishometo tips, flash bank1, bank 2 and eeprom
2) flash phone with ABVJG with Wintdn

no result, call failed and no backlight on both screen


But other functions of the phone are OK, a last thing: when i plug the original T100 cable the orange light is on.

Please anyone have a solution...?? :confused:

i think its harware............

Surely is hardware.Change full set of lcd.Will be ok.100% sure.Cost only 20 us dollar

for the light problem try only to change te flat of the lcd

for the network just press *2767*2878# then make the antenna lose
