A800 Unlock problem - GSM-Forum

Came across a A800 on Virgin UK, unlocked it by enter net code and sp code read A800 code reader, it work. then after the phone power off and back again, it say the network is lock, code have to be enter again, as well as the sp code. So, everytime it power off, it lock itself back again. Any idea??
