Exclamation codes allowed

Hi everyone,

I am here because of one problem: When I am on my E250 (very new version) so that codes of conduct to try to adjust your sound then there is always some "not allowed".
Sometimes someone knows how I can safely put away.
I want the "not allowed" way so I can enter codes

Thanks.
