D500 problem help plz!!! - GSM-Forum

i have a t-mobile samsung D500 and i am puzzled by this problem need help.
The camera and video section of the phone doesnt work i try to access the camera/video and get a message saying please wait then an exclamation mark appears then the phone kicks back to main screen so it tries to work. I can do everything but record and take pics any help would be much appriciated thanks.

try to change

the flex of your d500

phone.ihave encounter same problem with you.after i have change flex

the phone

is ok.goodluck.
