i dropped my samsung g600 in the sink earlier so while im hoping it will dry out i removed sim and put it in an old samsung e250 which i have but it says limited service on the screen,so anyone tell me what i need to do to start using this phone.

you can't use your e250 because it's been barred by the network. if you haven't reported it as lost or stolen, you need to call the network (the original network on e250) and tell them to remove the bar. this is the only way. you can't unbar a phone through a sort ware. best of luck.
