m100 pinouts and unlock - GSM-Forum

i have try to unlock it with the nck code but did not work... but firstly it was saying "wrong card" now its saying "phone locked return for serviceing"...when i insert my sim in it..
i have tried to unlock it with padref s.w. with all the cables i have but padref 4.0 did not detects the phone... always says that phone is not connected....

can some one give me the pinouts of the m100....

and how can i unlock this phone now.. what cables to use..
