N400 problem not power but charge is it flash problem ?? - GSM-Forum

hi

i have N400 that does not power, only red le blink when press on button .

when i plug charger it begin charging for few second then it display "Please wait " .

i flashed it but the pb remain ,must i flash eeprom if it is possible please with witch soft and where to download eeprom .

does the flashing cable work for writing eeprom or i must use special cable and with witch soft can i write it ??
