try to flash with another flash file like r200rus 100%

why did u flash it in the first place ,

was the networking ok b4,

if so then u just try another flash file , 100% working phone is what u will have .

flash it with flash for samsung R210E, if you dont have it contact me.

Ive just eeprom reseted the phone and works fine now..
