Hi , original Sams flash for that models with rus LP doesn't exist at all.
If you need to have the rus Lp in your phone contact me privately.
It's not free !

Yes... also change RF part from 1900 to 1800. And all will be Ok...

Easy and simple solution to repair the Smasung R-225 just read its flash from Smasung Tool box 4.31 and upload it to other phone. Just so simple
