hello my problem is when i put it on charge it is charging but battery meter reads empty all the time and it will not stop trying to charge i have tryed to batterys in the phone but its just the same can anyone tell me whats up with this please

have you tried full reset or full flash

the phone is dis-charging power ,that is in ability to hold on to power.that is hardwear problem.check diagram for details
