SAMSUNG T400 falshing failed problem - GSM-Forum

I have a SAMSUNG T400 ,when I try to flash it
downloader soft say : "Synchronisation Failed"
what is this problem ?
help please with right solution

I flash many samsung phones but I didn't met such problem ,I think as you that's a hard problem
