samsung tocco no network coverage

bought a samsung tocco from carphone werehouse abow 2 years agoit was open to all networks and used phone with a contract 3 simcard wen bought it used it there and then used it again abow half hour l8r through the day next day not working can do everything bu cant ring out had settings sent to phone no nothing so i took it to shop asked money bk told as i had opened it and put a 3 sim in a pay as u go phone was told to get on to 3 coz my sim cand has caused it to block i got hold of 3 aventuary and given abow 5 codes to try none worked told to take it bk to carphone coz phone broke they told me that it notrhing to do with simafter goitimen g bk and forth lots of times took phone to shop to hav it reoped to all network just in case it was tha no it wasnt tha still not working then a couple of weeks ago i took it to shop in cardiff town center and paid ten pounds to hav it unlocked the guy said it was ready all worthin no i turned it on and for a start it was in a different language had to ask neighbour to change it to english and it was just the same as b4 i am wondering iff u could help me to unlock or unblock or help me do the network settings dont no what to do with it have had enougfh of it bu would like to sell it to some1 at least to get somethning bk of it
