synchronization failed with R220 - GSM-Forum

my R220 is dead when i try to flash. It always go for the first loader but just after that flasher display the message SYNCHRONIZATION FAILED wat could be the reason help me friends

You have to resolder the flash or replace a new one

but the flash is pasted with GLU that is almost impossible to resold i think so,

it can be made...
glue on samsung much more softly than for example
on Nokia or Ericsson
i did it without problems on several phones
but sometimes it is necessary also to resolder RAM chip

my experience is that epoxy on Nokia phones is much easier to remove that on samsung phones...... but most difficult is sonyericsson.... it is just like rock with sony ericsson...
