Is eeprom extern or intern in T100 i can not find it
if intern in flash how to read and write eeprom from this phone

there is a snma upga chip named 24C512 it is not intern in flash.
u can easy download and upload the eeprom of this phone with I2C interface using ICPROG or pony prog.
When i have contact provider or dead T100 i just upload a good eeprom on the phone
solution 100% working and tested.

and do you have a good schema for t100 eeprom reading with
ponyprog

please help me. i'm can read eeprom for t100 using IC prog but can't write again. always say me error. please help me.

T100 eeprom reading and writing is same as r210.Use serial i2c reader (schematic is shown before).Use IC prog,select 24512 device,set all hardware and timing parameters same like as r210 and use +2.8V for pin 7 on phone connector.Tested on many units.

ok to alls peoples red this! :

go to ICPROG
---------------------------------
SETTINGS -> HARDWARE
Select JDM prgrammer
The port COM
and Direct IO
---------------------------------

---------------------------------
Settings -> OPTIONS -> I2C
Enable MCLR as VCC
Enable PAGE WRITE
Select 3 in Hardware adress
---------------------------------

plug the cable in to the T100 (powered off) and power On it u must have a blank screen.
Now the phone is ready to be readed and writed (don't forget to use 3.3V power supply in pin 7+ and 8)
PIN 7 AND 9 TOGETHER

now u can read write eeprom

if u unpush power on button u will have a black screen and communication will lost.
Take push power on button when u will read write eeprom (blank screen in the T100)

I hope i will help.
I have lost 4 hours of my time to get theses result and now it work 100%.
