You are WRONG!!!
Because :

1- C100 has not AXF & OGM,because its conexant samsung phone!
2 - If you lost your ringtones after flashing,thats not FLASH problem!!! you should use UST for flashing and do some works with UST after flash then you will have a good working phone!

I think you should forget it , because C100-VN different V200-VN . If yourself can't do anything well , plz waiting Samsung Service support for you , shouldn't become the thief .

@huyenly: please read the subject of topic before posting! If you have any axf_ogm, please post here. What you say, nobody understands what you mean. This is about C100 software. If you have C100_VN, keep it for you. Good luck!

Do you mean original files are available in binary format only?

Please explain what other bugs are in this flash except simlock and absence of tones? These two can be cured. What are the others?

yes original flashes is in Bin format,,,like A300,A400,M100,etc.
those are not bugs man!
they happen after flashing your phone!

some thing like FAID in dct3

95% sure the phone can be flashed Russian without UST. Ringtones can be uploaded using Samsung EasyGPRS 2.1.2. Maybe simple reset with *2767*2878# is enough to revive ringtones

Maybe there are other SW bugs, but our guru VSH-GSM keeps silence
