if you really tested this magic code (like you told it)
why you need reply and confirmation from others ???!!!

really this code can unlock e250 but not all models and not all firmware version ....

cable solution is best ...

are you undertand what i mean!
E250 samsung MSL have probleme in EPROM (after succeful unlock phone with cable phone alyaws blocked !!!)
if you input the code your phone will restthe eprom ---result phone unlocked succeful without probleme i mean probleme network.....
test this in first and post result

Has been tested by me on E250. This code should also work on E330. Will also unlock the newer version of the E250

NOTE: Only unlocks to a single network, i.e, the sim you have inside when entering the code, so you might have to do it one-by-one, for each network.

1. First do a CUSTOM reset: *2767*2878#
2. Take a wrong network SIM (which the phone wont accept) and insert it whilst the phone is ON, without taking the battery out.
3. Make a FULL reset: *2767*3855#
5. The phone should reboot working with "wrong" sim inside, and it will accept it.
6. Change the NCK password to 8 zeros: *7465625*638*00000000*00000000#
7. Disable network lock: #7465625*638*00000000#

The phone's imei was damaged to 000000000000000
not recommended.
