E700 and V200 camera problem, need help!!!! - GSM-Forum

Hi all, my E700 show Preview error when i try to take photos, and V200 say 'Quitar de cable de IrDA' or something the same in France when goto camera, can somebody give me a solution! Thx in adv!

I'v also problem with E700 camera, when press key to Take photos got next warning message " Preview erroe ". can u help please ?

Its a hardware problem my friends! Change LC cable and all will be ok!

Yes it works 100%, I fix it & camera now working , thank you so much !!
it's LC problem cable that come from screen to camera .

"Disconnect IrDA" in v200 is pure SW error...

I'd try it, but with my E700, the problem is the bad connector! Thank for your reply!

I flashed it but can not solve problem! Can u tell me how to fix it? The error message is: Quitar cable de datos de IrDA! Thanx!

Have You tried FULL flashing?

It might help...
Next time do not expect someone else to use the search button instead of You...

Full flash can not help, Disconnect data cable or IrDA still appear when i try to take photo! I think this is a HW problem! Any idea?

It's sw problem 101%, as I told You.
Check the second link.
It'll fix your v200 but It'll transform it to v205.
Basically the same, but You'll loose camera zoom.

Another question: my V200 cannot power on with main LCD, but without it everything OK, have you got any solution?

Do that. It solved my 'Disconnect IrDA' problem, believe me.
About that other v200 problem, it could easy be flat cable failure...
Check the flat cable connector, maybe it has some corrosion on it, or on the display part.
