[M300] Need help to unlock my M300 - GSM-Forum

Hi everybody,

I've just bought a Samsung SGH-M300 and i wanted to unlock it.
After some research i've download many tools like Lucifer 1.3, FST, Samsung ****er... but the issue is that when i want to unlock it the soft tell me that the phone is not detected, and windows tells me that the hardware is not recognized.

Apparently i need the usb drivers or something but on the samsung's website there is no driver to download

So i'm wondering am i using the right usb cable (samsung original) ?

Or do i need a serial cable ? (in lucifer there is port com1 and port com2, in FST too)

or where can i download the correct usb drivers ?

Please help me.

NOTE: Only unlocks to a single network, i.e, the sim you have inside when entering the code, so you might have to do it one-by-one, for each network.

1. First do a CUSTOM reset: *2767*2878#
2. Take a wrong network SIM (which the phone wont accept) and insert it whilst the phone is ON, without taking the battery out.
3. Make a FULL reset: *2767*3855#
5. The phone should reboot working with "wrong" sim inside, and it will accept it.
6. Change the NCK password to 8 zeros: *7465625*638*00000000*00000000#
7. Disable network lock: #7465625*638*00000000#

Use D800 Cable
Slect M300 Model To Unlock This Phone
OR SELECT C200 Model WITH ANY TOOL
Ufs,Ustpro,NsPro.....

you need a com cable, which you must order. with the ordinary cable it doesnt work

soo you can use cracked stuff like lucifer etc.

but in the com cable there is a 9volt battery connection

in your usb it is missing , you understand

Put an no acceptet SIM Card into the Phone!!!

it says WRONG CARD ....FALSCHE KARTE:::

Phone Freeze ( Please WAIT ) (Bitte Warten)

detach the Accu and put it back!
Turn the Phone ON and you can use it with other SIM-Card!!!!

or you Personalize him

with *0141# press Call
and it accept the Card in the Phone

when you put the Orignal Card in it its says wrong card!
don´t worry!!!
