Question Optiflash error


Can anyone help me with this problem , when i'm trying to flash my Samsung S300M with Optiflash 3.3.0.8 on W98 i get the error code : error_protocol . Why do i get that message , i can't flash my phone . Can somebody help me please .

use xp or 2000 and it will work fine i tested over 50 pices
