Thanks for reply I went to the link you gave me and I downloaded s300 Download Program which is optiflash.exe I need the S300 English/Chinese flash as well. i'm also wondering if you have the v200 Flash as well if you can help me out wiht it. I'm using Windows 98 SE must i use Windows XP or Win2k? if possible can you icq me? 15439211 and help me out? or somehting

I have used optiflash for an S100 before, but not for S300.
I have obtained the flash files and flash software as described earlier.
But now what settings to use?
I have an S300 hardware that has been flashed to S308 software already. I want the S300 firmware back so I can have Java.
What settings to use for this kind of setup?

Flash that s300 on win 2k or XP and all will be fine

OK, using XP.
Now which .sre file? sceptre3_sgh_hw4.sre or sceptre_sgh_s308.sre? (the first is for S300 and second is for S308?) - I have S300 hardware with S308 firmware, but want S300 firmware to flash onto it. Which is it for me then?
and also, I suppose S30XXWB1.s3 is ok for the actual firmware to flash, yes?

Only german language available???????????
I then flashed with "french" firmware, same thing. only german.

I want to say:
S300 flashing cable the same as A300
for me optiflash not work properly under win98 (all time error: too many retries)
but under Win2000 all ok

I flashed one S300 phone succesfully, but second phone have only one language in menu !
reflashing not help!
who know how to solve this problem?

after IMEI rebuilding all ok with phone!
Free A800/q200/s100/s300/t400/v200 Unlock And Imei Rebuild
