Samsung S400i - I-Mode setup - problems - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I have a customer that has brought in a S400i - the I-mode phone.

He has had the phone unlocked and wants to use WAP and MMS - however with it been an I-Mode phone, its all configured for O2.

Is it possible to reconfigure it for use with T-Mobile UK - also there is a password in the I-Mode settings - whats this as default? I have tried 12345678 and 00000000 and to no avail.

Please guy's - will probably have to refund this guy if we cant fix this niggle - also the guy is a prick! - he is trying to buy phones from our customers by approaching them before they get dealt with - the quicker someone helps me the better - if not then its going to be a bloodbath here
