Samsung X200 IMEI 000000-00-000000-0 - GSM-Forum

This is what i got in Tornado UFS-3 :-

Software: X200DDEJ2
Hardware: MP 1.400
Imei: 000000-00-000000-0
Lock Level: 00h
SProv Code: ffh
IMSI Mask : 00h 00h 00h 00h 00h 00h 00h 00h
PCK : 00000000
NCK : 00000000
SCK : 00000000
SPCK: 00000000
MCK : 85649624

When I try to rebuild IMEI, i got this:-

Old Imei: 000000-00-000000-0
Imei: Auth Error
Writing IMEI Failed

So what is my problem? Is it H/W or S/W problem?
Can sombody help me?

One of my frens also have this problem... i hope someone post what to do with this problem.. maybe no solution yet

read full flash (flash+eep) any ok set than flash imei 00000000000000000 set get a new imei you can change any imei number
