The following bug had been found in the c100 internal modem:

in the text mode for sms (at+cmgf=1) there is an message length restriction, message can be 160 chars long.

but in the PDU mode (at+cmgf=0) this restriction still works! So, we can send only 80 bytes long message from 154 bytes available.

Firmware version: C10XEWI3.

Tell that to samsung in your country instead...

Unfortunately, our local (Russia) Samsung support ignores all such messages. I think the supports in other countries are more clever and friendly.

But other countries can't report other countries problems. If we do that Samsung HK will only ignore our sw reports.
