sgh s100 blue screen?

Can any one tell me why the screen on my Samsung sgh s100 sometimes only shows a blue screen.I have replaced the display unit with a known good spare but the fault still persists,it looks like a faulty ribbon cable but this was ruled out by changing the entire upper half(including the magnet!) Any ideas?

V200 white screen
I have seen one V200 with white screen,what i do is flash back the same version and everything is ok.I use other version but cannot on the phone
