still not working.. i flashed it and it starts up an in a second it just turns off itself and say recarge battery.. what am i doing wrong..

I got the phone flashed.. but now when i turn it on it only says recharge battery and turns off.. when i plug the charger in it it stats to charge be it stops and then starts back and then stops again.. i dont know what to do with this phone.. please help..
