IMEI and E-700 - GSM-Forum

Hi friends.

I have found a SGH-E700 but when i put my sim i can't receive or make calls.

I thing this phone is blocked by imei , because the owner lost it and he called to anyone to avoid than anybody cpuld use it.

How can i do up it?

Have i to change IMEI (only last number)?
