E800winimei Probs Plz Help!!!!!! - GSM-Forum

i used E800WINIMEI to unlock my samsung E800... i followed everything on the other threads but it just does not work it keeps saying some error with
CREQ(0x49)!
how do i unlock the phone coz i neeed to use it on o2!! has any1 actually USED E800winimei and unlockd their E800???????

or what else would help would be if someone could tell me a site which does remote unlocking and is RELIABLE and ben used by someone!!! coz i dont know which sites to trust!

Start WinIMEI
go to WrtIMEI
generate the Code with WinIMEI Keygen
OK
Now your Phone is unlocked
Your IMEI is now 000000000000000
to change this go to New
Type in your Original IMEI
Finish

hi guys..

i'm trying this too - i'm following the instructions with success
but i have a problem.. i'm only getting halfways and then i'm getting an error..
it seems the phone is timing out..
and that is noticed by WinIMEI which gives me a fail..

i have a samsung e800 with s/w v.e800CGDG1 and i'm using WinIMEI v1.05 2004.06.28

i'm wondering about one other thing here too...
when i start WinIMEI there is a language setting
what should it be set to..?
i'm asking mostly because my country is not in list
and also.. i asume the language setting depends on the phone s/w

any help appreciated...

Dont know if this helps but the language setting just sets up the wap/mms etc i think..

I set the language setting to uk(org) and afterwards it had erased all my o2/t-mobile settings and created the orange settings..

Hi,

need help, unable to find the win imie software. been looking for the last three days, even downloaded using a link published by elso.

But was unable to open program. please can some one help me it driving me mad !!!

have a E800 with the imie messed up. tried unlocking it, went wrong.

Hi,

Managed open e800 win imei and find the keygen.

New problem, can't get the phone to enter TAT Mode.

Keeps comming up with failed and something about CREQ(0x49)!

Sounds to me like you have the wrong lead..
CREQ(0x49) means no connection to phone established..
I had the same problem with an 820,
Made a lead from a t100 lead and vola...

When the phone powers off, press the power button for a second and it will enter tat mode again, keep doing this until winimei finishes (2 times i think). Badly written software does not update the screen until its finished.

The language setting is used to reset the wap/mms etc, so if you enter t-mobile then the phone will be setup to use t-mobile's mms/wap/gprs..

Nothing to do with the software version, It gets this direct from the phone.
