I think smso is right but he missed something..

you will need the winimei E630 'cause it is different from E700 alog...

Also I don't think anybody know for sure yet as I personally still waiting for E635 arrival.

Just like E335 vs E330, E635 might have something different from E630... I am not saying for sure, but I can tell you that WINIMEI only do direct unlock and both X495 and E335 can't unlock by that method!!

Yes you can do info mobil by twister and read this :

But were put sim card get MSG: Wrong Card, were do Unlock by twister reset sim lock ok, but in status line MSG unlock stay... .so You can unlock by twister netwok code, only security.
