If somebody knows wich cable is right for X640 unlock, please share with me. Second question: Samsung new Vector prog realy work with this phone-X640? Just tested action care, because no need damaged the phone. Thank all serious answer in this case. Sorry for bad english----

i did one peaces, with twister... as x600. but other softs may work like winimei x600

Hey!

I GOT THE SOLUTION!!!

Use USTPro v6 + S500 cable, choose Sysol then X600, read unlock codes and VOILA!

tested on sw X640AWEC1
