E635 blinking

hello
I have samsung E635,it was working very well with T-Mobile
Now I tried to make format nand with tornado,the phone became blinking when power-on,I tried to flash it,but it is staying the same.
any idea please or full flash 16Mb

with e630 flash phone work whithout any hardware change ,buth no display ..
may be some samsung's king can fix it ? or fix only osc frequency ...
