Found out how to unlock my phone it works for other Samsungs too! I unlocked my E710 and T100!!!!

To unlock the E710 search for cerberos software at www.google.co.uk and find the link to gsm g o d s!

Download the Samsung unlocker v1.5 by Cerebos using the data cable from the T100 load up the software and select the S500 model then unlock!!!!!!

Its worked for my phone hope it works for yours!!! Let me know!!

Is the Cerberos software unlocking e710 to work wiyh any sim card? I got Vodafone e710 is only work with Vodafone sim card.

My phone was Vodaphone too but I'm using an Orange Sim card in it now, so it should work for any sim.

You need to download the cerberos software when you load it up it will ask you for the model of your phone you need to select the S500 and you do need a T100 data cable to link it to your PC, it should work. Go to Google to search for the cerberos software its on a site called GSM G O D S I can't put the link to the site on for some reason it comes up with ***.
