ok this is simple ....
put a non accepted sim at 3/4 on the phone (the sim must have pin code deactivate!!!) then put the batery with small space to put the sim correctly with a thin isnstrument....because you must make the full reset.... and at same time put the sim correctly for the phone initiate with the new sim card...right after the full
e2p reset....
now the phone is working with new sim...ok
and now you finished like this:
Reset NCK password to 8 zeros: *7465625*638*00000000*00000000#
5. Disable Network Lock: #7465625*638*00000000#

and voila phone is unlocked

This works, but when ever I power off the phone and power on back, it ask for simlock code
