Pin blocked enter puk

No one can help you with a Puk Code other than your network Provider, the phone will work with another simcard or contact your service provider to get a PUK Code from them.

A PUK Code has nothing to do with the phone its your simcard, you can flash this as many times as you like but it will never fix your problem...
