[Answer] What does a hard reset really means? it means to reset your phone to the settings and features
which were accompanied from the company or at firmware update instant.

There are actually two codes you can use to reset the password and phone setting.
Below are these codes. Type them in the phone and this should solve your problem.

*2767*3855#

and

*2767*2878#

The security code will be reset to 0000.
This will allow you to format the phone easily.

Follow those steps:

Now your phone is unlock forever Permanent

This works for all Samsung phone. Factory Reset, after entering that code your samsung phone will be able to used with other service like T-mobile etc.

I'm hacking about with one myself at the moment (one of my mates managed to phone freeze against all networks and switch on the first five locks lol) but if you wanna play about a little then these open various menus etc

someone help please.
i'm using a SGH-e747, the other 2 codes worked perfectly.
