BD0204EE error on C5212

Hi
Is there any possible way to repair a BD0204EE problem on C5212??
I have a flash cable and OneNand. No Nspro and other boxes!....ect
I've had the phone for a couple of months and only used it 3 weeks till I flashed it. Then trying to solve a slave problem I've ended up with a bigger one!!
I've been posting questions but no luck !!
I don't have the original chinese flash or I presume that the problem would have been solved months ago.
Please can anyone help ? or is the phone good for the rubbish bin??

Solution is

1. Erase flash (i use hwk to erase nor..)

2. Write e2p (and correct imei)

3. Write flash (flash bin and tfs or as the case mabe depending on the box you use)

note; dont attempt writting e2p (eeprom) without erasing flash fist as this will stop halfway and change the error message, always write eeprom after erasing flash and before flashing it back, phone must be dead during eeprom write
