D600e/ Network Blocked. - GSM-Forum

Hi.
I was wondering wether anyone could help me out with a few questions.

I have been given a Samsung D600E that has been network blocked by Orange after being reported lost can this be fixed? It's in really good condition and it seems a waste of a perfectly good phone!
1. Codes won't achieve this or will they?
2. Can this be removed by flashing the phone using unlock cables and software?
3.I'm not to sure this is entirely legal or is it? (I have no loyalty to multi million dollar corps so this doesn't bother me much!!)

I have flashed various other makes of phone with some sucsess but never any that have been blocked by the network directly and I'm thinking that even if I replace the software by flashing the phone this will not be enough to remove the block. Does anyone have any suggestions??

It Is Illegal To Remove A Network Block From The Phone With A Maximum Sentence In The U.k Of 5 Years!! So I Don't Think I'll Be Bothering To Go Down That Route, Shame Though Nice Phone What A Waste.
