Question F300 memory full, solution please?

Hi,
I have one F300 when I take a photo, it says memory full! Reset not help! To solve this problem, I think that phone file system must be formated, to free space! Same thing hapened to me with D900i.
I downloaded the free F300 Optiflasher, I'm trying to flash, I get: main flash (s-record) flashed ok, but, contents can't format and can't flash!!!
What's problem with, any trick for? What setting as hardware platform?

Thanks in advance.
