Galaxy s4 tmobile sgh-m919 octopus emergency mode error help


I am getting emergency mode error when trying to connect this device. USB debugging is enabled. I did the *#0808# and sekect DM+Modem+ADB then *#9090# but there is no diag config to set to USB so I choose the first option in the list which is DM/DM over HS-USB. But am still getting emergency mode error
