Member: 1291099 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Genio Slide B5310 restarts after internet connection. Our daughter has a new Samsung Genio Slide as of two days ago (she pooled her birthday money towards it). All was going well till we tried to connect one of the widgets (google, facebook etc) to the internet. As soon as it attempts this (and asks for internet connection permission) the phone restarts itself constantly. I've managed to reset the settings (you have to be really quick to beat the restarting) and the phone is back to itself (I had to phone support for this advice). However, on every attempt to connect to the internet (via, say the widgets) the phone will re enter this constant reboot/restart mode. Is this something I can fix via menu options, software, downloads or is it a case of replacing it at the store I purchased it from? Many thanks. |
